Influence

Influence. To make a difference. In people, society, the world. Whom do you want to influence? Have you imagined what would be your way? Or are you already doing it? Through words, images, actions? Emotions?  

The competence of influence arises from the emotional intelligence capacity of social awareness and skills. If the purpose of developing and using this competence is to make a positive impact on others, be aware of your own emotions. Because emotions are contagious. And because people will remember you the most not so by what you said but by how you made them feel. The greatest influence on me had persons who made me feel accepted, appreciated and inspired.
